EAST MILLINOCKET – Gareth LeRoy Van Dine Sr., a pioneer, a wanderer, a warrior, a poet, a prophet, a man, died Aug. 19, 2007. He was born Oct. 19, 1938, the youngest son of Hubbard and Mary Van Dine and beloved husband of Ruby Anna Van Dine. He was devoted to spreading the word, awakening spirits and sharing his vision. Please join us in celebrating his legacy and this amazing man 6-9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24, at Church of Medway, (Snowman’s), where a funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday.
