AROOSTOOK, New Brunswick – Gerald Faulkner, 65, passed away unexpectedly Oct. 24, 2003, at the Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital. Gerald retired from SAD 20 after 34 years of services as a bus driver. He was a member of both the Fort Fairfield Pentecostal Church and the Calvary Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church in Perth-Andover. He also drove the Sunday bus for the Fort Fairfield Pentecostal Church for 25 years. He is survived by his wife, Madeline (Butler) Faulkner; his daughter, Nancy (Larry) Grant of Jackson, Mich.; stepchildren, Brent Drost (Laurianne) of Perth-Andover, New Brunswick, Wanda Lint (Jeffrey) of New Denmark, Randy Drost (Noel) of Sussex; his grandchildren, Anthony McLaughlin of Mississippi, Mark McLaughlin of Aviano Air Base, Italy, Keith Trumbauer II of Huber Hights, Ohio; stepgrandchildren, Brandon, Travis, Calvin, Samantha, Rebecca, Ryan, Troy and Jessie; his triplet brother and sister, Darrell Faulkner of Presque Isle and Doreen Faulkner of Kansas City, Kan.; brothers, Henry Faulkner of Edison, N.J., Eugene Faulkner of Clifton, N.J.; sisters, Joyce Palmer of San Manuel, Ariz., Delores Hattick of Sacramento, Calif., and Anita Clark of Denver, Colo. He was predeceased by a son in 1968 and a grandson, Benjamin McLaughlin, in 1982. Resting at Calvary Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church with visitation 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2003, at the church with the Rev. H.M. Lewis officiating. Interment will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery.
