BANGOR – Geraldine Helen Allison, 49, died Monday, March 7, 2005, at a Bangor hospital after a long illness. She was born Jan. 9, 1956, in Meridan, Conn., the daughter of Roland J. Allison Jr. and Beverly (Stinson) Fountaine. Geraldine grew up in Bangor and graduated from Woodland High School. She is survived by her father, Roland Allison Jr., of Canada; her mother, Beverly Fountaine of Ellsworth; one sister, Andrea Allison of Detroit, Mich.; two brothers, Scott Allison and his wife, Ruth, of Oceanpark, and Roland Allison III of Warren; one half sister, Darlene Alvarez and her husband, Robert Jr., of Ellsworth; two half brothers, Ronald Baker Jr., and Marie, of Hampden, and David Fountaine and his wife, Stephanie, of Bar Harbor; several nieces and cousins. A private family service will be held later in the spring.
