NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla., and SCARBOROUGH – Gloria Ann Wiley, 76, formerly of Limestone, died Thursday, Feb. 8, 2007, in Florida. Gloria was born in Limestone, the daughter of Marion and Theresa “Lauritsen” Ward. She was educated and a graduate of Limestone High School, Class of 1948. She worked for Maine National Bank until her retirement. She married Raymond Wiley of Scarborough. Mrs. Wiley was predeceased by her husband, Raymond Wiley; brother, Josiah Ward; and sister, Ruth Ireland. Survivors include her longtime friend, Richard Frederick of North Fort Myers, Fla., and Scarborough; three brothers, Reginald and wife, Arlene Ward, of Raymond, Perry and his wife, Betty, of Cumberland, Ind., and Morris Ward of Limestone; sister, Virginia Prout of Portland; along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. There will be no visiting hours. A memorial service will be held this spring at Hobbs Funeral Home, 230 Cottage Road, South Portland. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Habitat for Humanity International, 121 Habitat St., Americus, GA 31709-3498.
