MILLINOCKET – Gloria Jean (Frazier) Cote, 64, of Millinocket, died Friday, May 26, 2006, at a Lincoln hospital. She was born Aug. 31, 1941, in Portage, the daughter of Arthur “Babe” and Violet Frazier. Gloria graduated from Presque Isle High School and the University of Maine at Presque Isle. She was a long-time auctioneer and antique dealer for more than 40 years. She and her husband, Kermit, started Cote Auction in Presque Isle and then relocated their business to Millinocket and central Maine. Gloria will be loved, missed and mourned by her beloved husband, Kermit Cote, of Millinocket; along with their children, son, Leigh Cote of Middletown, Del. and his daughter, Alexis, of Madison, daughter, Kay Cote of Bangor, son, Chris Cote of New Boston N.H., along with his wife, Lisa and their two children, Adam and Brandon, daughter, Jean Trimble of Westerville, Ohio, along with her husband, John and their three children, Trinity, Jack and Lee, and son, Kenway Cote of Seabrook, N.H. She is also survived by her mother, Violet Frazier of Presque Isle; sisters, Janice Graham and Darlene Murphy, and many nieces and nephews. A private service will be held for family only at Gloria’s request.
