BREWER – Harold J. Brown, 56, died Jan. 1, 2005, at his residence in Brewer. He was born Oct. 19, 1948, in Keegan, the son of Philip and Florence (Lagasse) Brown. He was a member of the East Orrington Congregational Church. Harold is survived by two sons, Michael J. Brown and wife, Kristina, of Brunswick, Jeffrey J. Lynn, and wife Annette, of Lithia, Fla.; a brother, Philip Brown Jr.; three sisters, Kathleen and Roger Henninger, Stella and Dennis Santerre, Barbara and Danny Bragg; a stepmother, Eleanor Brown, four grandchildren, Brittany and Logan Brown, Madison and McKenna Lynn, several nieces and nephews, and special friends, Dawn MacDonald and Bob and Elaine Carlson. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Janet L. Brown in 2003. A memorial service will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2005, at East Orrington Congregational Church, with the Rev. Adam Soderberg, officiating. Relatives and friends are invited to share conversation and refreshments at a reception at the church following the service.
