SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Hazel Houghton Greenlaw passed away on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14, 2006, peacefully at home, as was her greatest wish. She was born in Methuen, Mass. to Joseph and Mary Houghton. She is predeceased by her husband, Walter Ross Greenlaw, a former professor at Husson College; a sister, Ruth Houghton Tayloe; and a brother, Joseph Houghton. Survivors include her daughter, Ruth and husband, J. Douglas Groff, of Scottsdale, Ariz. with whom she resided; and two sons, Dr. Ross Greenlaw and his wife, Beth Jackson, of Blue Hill and Dr. Douglas Greenlaw and wife, Linda, of Glastonbury, Conn.; as well as nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
