NEWCASTLE, Wyo. – Heath Thomas Bartlett, 30, of Newcastle, Wyo., died Nov. 20, 2004. He was born May 21, 1974, in Newcastle, to Chuck and Patty (Huber) Bartlett. He spent most of his childhood in Wyoming and all of his adulthood in Newcastle. He worked for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad, Nelson Brothers, and most recently for Grizzley Services under the supervision of Bob Wright whom Heath had a tremendous respect and appreciation for. On June 16, 1996, he married Pam Davidson at Cedar Ridge Hatchery, a location in which they both loved and enjoyed spending all of their free time. Heath was blessed with a wonderful son, Kyle James on Nov. 15, 1996, and a beautiful daughter, Kiersten Elizabeth on March 6, 2000. Heath was an avid outdoorsman with a particular interest in hunting for the biggest set of antlers or fishing for the one that continued to get away. He also took a special pride in running his hunting dogs. Heath was a very kind, caring and loving person. He was a son, a brother, a grandson, a nephew, a cousin and a friend. Above all he was a husband and a wonderful father. Heath’s giving spirit has continued on through his passing as his organs have been donated to give life back to others who were in need. Survivors include his wife, Pam and children, Kyle, 8 and Kiersten, 4, of Newcastle, Wyo.; parents, Chuck and Patty Bartlett of Saratoga, Wyo.; sister, Kelly Reilly and husband, Don, of Palm Desert, Calif.; brother, Eric Bartlett of Casper, Wyo.; maternal grandmother, Marge Huber and paternal grandparents, Charlie and Helen Bartlett, all of Newastle, Wyo.; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Heath was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Jack Huber and his uncle, Tom Bartlett. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the United Methodist Church. Burial will be at the local cemetery. The family suggests memorials be made to an education fund for Kyle and Kiersten at Pinnacle Bank, 204 W. Main, Newcastle, WY 82701.
