MEDWAY – Herman J. Morrow Sr., 72, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2005 at a local hospital. He was born May 2, 1932, in Sheridan the son of James and Annie Morrow. A member of the V.F.W., Post No. 4154 in Millinocket, Herman was a U.S. Army Korean War veteran. He worked in the woods as a logger for most of his life and then worked for Great Northern Paper Company, retiring in 1987. He was a member of both St. Martin of Tours and St. Peters Catholic Churches. Herman loved to hunt and fish. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Yvonne Morrow of Medway; three sons, Herman Morrow Jr. and his wife, Karen, and Clint Morrow and his wife, Kelly, both of Millinocket, Ricky Morrow and his wife, Joanne, of Franklin; one daughter, Yvonne “Angel” Michaud and her husband, Lee, of Gorham; eight grandchildren, Terran, Corey, Angela, Ryan, Jessie, Jennifer, and Stevie Lee, and Tiffany and her husband, Adam; three great-grandchildren, Jordan, Kayli, and Marissa; his sister, Geneva Michaud of Medway; his brother, Irvin Morrow of Millinocket; and his half brother, George Burby of Millinocket. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2005, at R.L. Bouchard Funeral Home, 11 Tamarack St., Millinocket. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 4, at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Millinocket.
