STONINGTON and RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. – Howard “Howdy” Cleveland, 76, passed away Dec. 3, 2006, after a brief illness. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 8, at Bragdon-Kelley-Campbell Funeral Home, Stonington. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Memorial Ambulance, P.O.
