In Loving Memory Of IDA M. BIRMINGHAM March 22, 1919 – June 8, 2003 Do not stand at my grave and weep. I am not there, I do not sleep, I am a thousand winds that blow. I am the diamonds glints on snow, I am the sunlight on ripened grain. I am the gentle Autumn rain. When you waken in the morning hush I am the swift uplifting rush of quiet birds in circle flight. I am soft star that shines at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry. I am not there I did not die. When I must leave you for a little while, please do not grieve and shed wild tears. And hug your sorrow to you through the year, but start out bravely with a gallant smile. And for my sake and in my name; live on and do all the things the same. Feel not loneliness on empty days, but fill each waking hour in useful ways. Reach out your hand in comfort and in cheer. And I in turn will comfort you and hold you near and never, never, be afraid to die. For I am waiting for you in the sky. Sadly missed by, Your Family
