GREENVILLE and NEW CASTLE, Pa., – Inez L. (Clark) Budden, 85, died Friday, April 23, 2004, at New Castle, Pa. She was born Feb. 28, 1919, in Greenville, a daughter of the late William Clark and Dorris Smith. Inez was a 1936 graduate of Greenville High School and on June 19, 1937, she married Earl Budden, who predeceased her in 1986. Inez was a well-known local artist. She enjoyed participating in duplicate bridge clubs and was an avid golfer. She is survived by one daughter, Cheryl Waguespack and her husband, Rev. Gary Waguespack, of New Castle, Pa.; one son, Dana Budden and his wife, Nancy, of Rockwood; four grandchildren, Corey Budden, Jacob Waguespack, John Waguespack, Lt. Joy Waguespack; and one great-grandson, Johnathon Waguespack. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by one brother, William Clark; and four sisters, Kate Jardine, Grace Shatney, Sylvia Howe and Ruth Jardine.
