VAN BUREN – Irene M. St. Pierre, 94, died Feb. 10, 2005, at a Van Buren nursing home. She was born Jan. 4, 1911, in Van Buren, the daughter of Antoine and Sarah (Levesque) Madore. Mrs. St. Pierre is survived by one son, Roland A. St. Pierre and his wife, Therese, of Van Buren; two daughters, Cecile Caldwell of California and Marjorie Harvey and her husband, Thomas, of South Carolina; one sister, Loretta Parent of California; one brother, Lionel Madore of Missouri; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Antoine St. Pierre in 1992. Relatives and friends may call at the Ouellette-Thibault Funeral Home, 118 High St., Van Buren from 9 a.m. until time of service on Monday. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Monday at the St. Bruno-St. Remi Catholic Church. Spring interment will be in the parish cemetery.
