MADAWASKA and ST. JOHN – Isabelle (Pelletier) Charette, 89, died June 15, 2004, at a Madawaska healthcare facility. She was born in Nov. 20, 1914, in St. John, the daughter of Narcisse and Mina (Keathin) Pelletier. She was predeceased by her husband, Edmond Charette on April 5, 1977 and one daughter, Cathaline “Kitty’ Charette in 1946. She is survived by two sons, Richard Charette of St. John and Rudy Charette of Jacksonville, Fla.; one daughter, Peggy Ann Charette of Waterbury, Conn.; 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. At her request there will be no funeral service. It was her desire that any contribution in her memory be sent to the Ridgewood Estate Memorial Fund, 480 Ridgeview Ave., Madawaska, ME 04756. Arrangements are being conducted by the Daigle & Nadeau Funeral Home, Fort Kent.
