ST. DAVID – James Pelletier, 84, has fallen asleep Nov. 4, 2007, and is awaiting the return of Christ. He was born April 5, 1923, in St. Agatha, the son of Arthur and Edner (Violette) Pelletier. He is survived by three daughters, Marie Ellen Eckard and her husband, Ken, of Whiting, N.J., Rose Robichaud and her husband, Ken, of Clifton and Carol Pelletier of Madiera Beach, Fla.; two sons, Richard Pelletier and his wife, Carol, of O’Fallon, Mo., and Norman “Jerry” Pelletier of Crystal Springs, Fla.; one sister, Gladys Hollenbeck of Omaha, Neb.; 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren. James was predeceased by one son, Robert Pelletier; one daughter, Lynn Libbey; his first wife, Dorilda (Dufour) Pelletier; his second wife, Laurette (Cote) Pelletier; and by two brothers, Newman and Nelson Pelkey. James will be deeply missed by his family and those who knew him. There will be no calling hours at the funeral home or church. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a memorial Mass 10 a.m. Saturday, which will be celebrated in James’ memory, at St. David Church. Interment will be at St. David Cemetery.
