NORTH SEARSPORT – Jean Louise (Osmond) Hodgdon, 57, passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2004, at Pen Bay Medical Center. She was born Nov. 24, 1946, in Camden, the daughter of Gilbert and Grace (Gray) Osmond. She fought with MS most of her life. She leaves behind her husband, Edward Hodgdon of North Searsport; her son, Raymond Tucker Jr. and his wife, Jeanine; a daughter, Tina M. Tucker of Morrill; stepchildren, Penny Robbins of Lakeland, Fla., Terrance Hodgdon of Stockton Springs, Regina Parker of North Berwick, Edward (Lucky) Hodgdon Jr. and Rhonda McCloud, both of Stockton Springs. She is survived by her sister, Linda Work of Jacksonville, Fla.; 10 grandchildren, Alicia Jean, Whitney, Thaddeus, Heidi Sue, Cierrra, Chelsea, Felicia Ellen, Dakota Ashley, Cherokee Ray, Jessica Ellie; two nephews, Keith and Michael Work; and a niece, Christina Work. She will be dearly missed by all her family and friends. A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Friday, March 26, at the Full Gospel Church on Route 1 in Searsport. Her children ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the MS Foundation.
