MADAWASKA and IVORYTON, Conn. – Jean Morin, 43, passed away peacefully Aug. 13, 2005, at a Madawaska healthcare facility after a long brave battle with cancer. She was born June 13, 1962, in Madawaska, the daughter of John and Sylvia (Corriveau) McInnis. In addition to her parents of Madawaska, she is survived by her husband, Robert Morin of Ivoryton, Conn.; two daughters, Crystal and her special friend, Kevin, of Hebron, Conn., Kathleen of Ivoryton, Conn.; her paternal grandmother, Lily Mclnnis of Madawaska; three sisters, Diane Cyr and her special friend, Jim of Frenchville, Carol Morency and her husband, Julien, of Edmundston, N.B, Canada, Kim Martin and her husband, Jake, of Sinclair; three nieces, Laurie Cyr, Christine Thibodeau and Janice Morency; two nephews, Mark Cyr and Gavin Martin. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Tuesday at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Friends and relatives may call at the Daigle Funeral Home from 1 p.m. until time of services. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
