ORONO – Jennifer L. Sickles, 54, died Dec. 12, 2005, at her home in Orono. She was born June 10, 1951, in Lincoln the daughter of Vinal LeRoy and Maragret Louise (Diefenthaler) Lee. Jennifer is survived by a daughter, Mechelle Pierce of La Palma, Calif.; a son, David Nickels and wife, Jessica, of Austin, Texas; a granddaughter, Sydney Nickels, the immediate family of her late husband, Jimmy Sickles who predeceased her in 2003; a brother, John Lee of Medway; several other brothers and sisters; and her dogs, Undafoot, Jaz, and Gerbil. The family invites relatives and friends to a Gathering of Remembrance 6-9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, at Jennifer’s home, 2360 Essex St., Orono.
