VAN BUREN – Joan Plourd Blier, 83, wife of the late Joseph Blier, died March 12, 2008, at a Rumford hospital. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 1 p.m. Saturday, June 21, at St. Bruno-St. Remi Catholic Church, Van Buren. Committal service and interment will be in the parish cemetery. Local arrangements are a service of Ouellette-Thibault Funeral Home, 118 High St., Van Buren.
