WIMAUMA, Fla., and HANCOCK – John Miller Bulger, of Wimauma, Fla., died Saturday, June 28, 2008, after a long illness. Jack, to his Maine friends, was a district forester with the Maine Forest Service serving in North Penobscot and Hancock counties. He was also the state-wide Christmas tree specialist.
