CASWELL – Joseph O. Cote, 79, died Saturday Nov. 19, 2005, at his home. Mr. Cote was born June 16, 1926, in Drummond, New Brunswick, Canada, a son of the late Marshall and Annie (Michaud) Cote. He formerly resided in Bristol, Conn., where he worked for General Motors and has resided in Caswell since 2003. Mr. Cote is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph “Steve” and Linda Cote of Snellville, Ga., Kevin and Bonnie Cote of Bristol, Conn. and Kenneth and Marge Cote of Lithia Springs, Ga.; two daughters, Carol Ann Cote of Encinitas, Calif. and Gail Cote of Bristol, Conn.; three brothers, O’Neil Cote of Grand Falls, N.B., Canada, Amos Cote of Bristol, Conn. and Fernand Cote of Farmington, Conn.; one sister, Emilie Lang of Grand Falls, N.B., Canada; 10 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call 5-7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 28 at the Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, Conn., where Funeral services will be held 9 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, then onto St. Joseph Church, Bristol, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol.
