FRENCHVILLE – Josephel Guerrette, 93, died May 19, 2008, at a Fort Kent hospital. He was born Jan. 18, 1915, in St. Agatha, the son of Victorie and Edith “Chasse” Guerrette. He loved the outdoors, gardening, picking strawberries and fiddleheads, and fishing. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Germaine “Michaud” in 1996; and four brothers, Albert, Wilfred, Rosaire and Paul; and one sister, Marie. Friends and relatives may call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. Thursday until time of services at Michaud Funeral Home, Frenchville. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Luce Catholic Church, Frenchville, with Monsignor Desjardin.
