CUSHING – Joshua Aaron Michaud Jr., 14-month old baby boy of Krista J. Jewell, and Joshua Aaron Michaud Sr., died June 23, 2004, while in the arm’s of his mama, and da-da at Maine Medical Center, Portland, after battling heart disease his entire, but yet too short of a life. Baby Boy was born April 13, 2003, in Portland. The family said Joshua’s smile won him a special place in the heart’s of his many health care provider’s, as he visited Maine Medical quite frequently. He loved the company of his family member’s, and watching Spongebob with his mama. He had a very special relationship with his first cousin, Taylor Lance Hooper of Warren. The family said he will be sadly missed by all who truly loved him. Joshua is survived by his mother of Cushing; his father of Newport; his brother, Seany; and sisters, Alyssa and Katie, all of Cushing; his maternal grandparents, Douglas and Janice Hooper of Warren; his maternal great-grandparents, Lloyd and Shirley Hooper of Thomaston; his paternal grandparents, John and Paultte Michaud of Newport; several aunts and uncles and many cousins. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Monday at the Village Cemetery, Sunrise Section, Dwight Street, Thomaston. Pastor Peter Sheff will officiate. Service arrangements are with Burpee, Carpenter, & Hutchins Funeral Home, Rockland. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital at Maine Medical Center, 22 Bramhall St., Portland, ME 04102.
