EAST CORINTH and LINCOLN – Judith D. Stevens, 67, wife of Richard Stevens, passed away peacefully April 29, 2006, at home surrounded by loved ones. She was born Nov. 6, 1938, in Lincoln, the daughter of Lawrence and Irene (Libby) Crocker. Judy was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. In addition to her husband, Richard; she is survived by three children, Diane Jones and her special friend, Dwight, of East Corinth, Mike Jones and his wife, Ann Marie, of Hudson and Elaine Healey and her fiance, Mike Michaud, of Wells; four grandchildren, Steve Jones and his fiance, Ruth, of Virginia, Adam Jones and his girlfriend, Holly, of Hudson and Cassidy and Matthew Healey of Wells; a brother, Lawrence Crocker and Jackie of Buckfield; two sisters, Kay Welch and Robert of Waterville and Sue Murchison and Bic of Lincoln; a special aunt, Nancy Batchelder; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her stepmother, Wavie Drake Crocker; and special in-laws, Harland and Grace Stevens. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Monday at the Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Rd., Lincoln. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Robert Welch officiating.
