WOODLAND, AROOSTOOK COUNTY – Judith L. McDougal, 62, died Nov. 30, 2005, at her Woodland residence. She was born Jan. 31, 1943, at Woodland, the daughter of John B. and Lillian (Skidgel) Rossignol. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother to her family. She was a member of the Abundant Life Mission Church where she was also a member of the Lady’s Outreach. She married Charles McDougal Jan. 7, 1961. Surviving in addition to her husband of Woodland and her mother of Caribou, are two sons, Charles McDougal Jr. and his wife, Linda, of Niantic, Conn. and Joseph McDougal and his wife, Michelle, of Caribou; two brothers, Bryant Rossignol and his wife, Carla, of Washburn and Larry Rossignol of Woodland; one sister, Millie Smith and her husband, Randy, of Riverhead, N.Y.; six grandchildren, Shaun, Destiny, Joseph II, Allyson, Steven and Rebecca; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Friday, at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, from the chapel of the Mockler Funeral Home, with the Rev. Lorretta Doody, officiating. Spring interment will be in the Woodland Cemetery.
