LEWISTON – Judy A. King, 64, of Bangor, died Friday Nov. 18, 2005, at the home of her daughter and son-in-law’s in Lewiston. She was born Feb. 25, 1941, in Rockwood, the daughter of Charles and Georgia (White) King. She was currently employed as a computer operator for Haverlock, Estee, & Curran Accounting firm in Bangor where she had worked for the past 23 years. She served in the U.S. Army as an E-3 Medic from 1959 to 1961. Judy loved to read, do crossword puzzles, and was an avid Red Sox fan. She is survived by her daughter, Trina Mercier and husband, Don, of Lewiston; her two grandchildren, Nate and Madison Mercier; three sisters and their husbands, Colleen and Earl Tweedie of Missouri, Sheryl and Ellsworth Haggan and Lorraine and Jim Harmon, all of Florida; two brothers and their wives, Tunney and Marilyn King of Rockwood and John and Peggy King of Florida; and by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters, Inga, Anita, and Jeanice; and by three brothers, Monty, Wilbur, and Ken. Visitation will be held 9-11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, with a memorial service starting at 11 a.m., at the Guy B. Dostie Funeral Home, 101 Pine St., Lewiston.
