DANFORTH – Julia Monica Stoddard, 62, died Sept. 8, 2007, at a Houlton hospital. She was born Oct. 23, 1944, in Danforth, the daughter of Cecil and Gertrude Bragdon. Julia is survived by her husband, Herbert W. Stoddard Sr.; sons, Herbert W. Stoddard Jr. and his wife, Tonya, and Warren I. Stoddard, all of Danforth; grandchildren, Billy and Angel Holmes of Danforth and Cassi Stoddard of Topsfield; brothers and sisters, Lois Watt of Lisbon, Martell Craig of Auburn, Patricia Mulligan of Falmouth, Donald Bragdon of Stockton Springs, Arthur Brag-don of Oxford, Clive Bragdon of Masardis, Claire Bragdon of New York and James Hodgins of Clifton; special friends, Barry and Lois Smith and Lydia Pres-ton. She was predeceased by Phyllis Williams and Nancy Tomah. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, at Eaton Cemetery with Pastor Frank Godley and the Rev. Thomas Smith officiating.
