RANDOLPH – Keith Arlington Harriman, 87, of 137 Water St., died Dec. 19, 2004, at MaineGeneral Medical Center, after a brief illness. He was born April 19, 1917, in Randolph, the son of George and Lillian (Fitzgerald) Harriman. He married Thelma Louise Condon in New Hampshire, June 20, 1937. He served 32 years in the Army National Guard, retiring at the rank of master sergeant. During World War II he worked at Bath Iron Works building warships before being called to active duty. He retired as a subcontractor for the Beaman Corporation having built filling stations all along the east coast. He was predeceased by his wife on Jan. 26, 2004; his parents, his brothers, Lewis “Bud” Harriman, Gerald Harriman, and G. Norman Harriman; his sisters, Phyllis Froggett and Avis Williams; a grandson, Barry Woodward; and his adopted daughter, Beatrice Sansoucy. He is survived by his daughters, Sandra Woodward of New Hampshire, Sylvia Myshrall of Pittston, and Betty Turner of West Gardiner; 11 grandchildren, and 29 great-grandchildren. Visiting hours will be held 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 22, at Staples Funeral Home in Gardiner. A service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 23, at the Randolph United Methodist Church on Asbury Street. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Gardiner.
