OCALA, Fla., and HOLDEN Kenneth Lincoln Stockwell, 66, died Sept. 7, 2007, at Legacy Hospice House, Ocala, Fla. He was born March 27, 1941, in Bradford, son of Lincoln and Joyce (Richards) Stockwell. Ken was best known for his love for life, nature and his work as a salesman at W.S. Emersons for more than 35 years. He loved to spend time with his family and friends hunting, fishing and camping. In 2003 he moved from his beloved home on Phillips Lake to Ocala, Fla. He spent most of his time playing in his beautiful gardens, traveling and volunteering in the Pine Run community, where he and Tatjana were blessed with many wonderful friends. Surviving are his beloved Brazilian wife and best friend of 13 years, Tatjana C.V. Stock-well; two daughters, from his previous marriage to Lovern Stockwell, Carrie Lynn Stafford and her husband, Scott, and Amy Jo Freeman and her husband, John; four grandchildren, Katelyn and Gregory Stafford, and Jeffrey and Jason Boucher; three stepgrandsons, Jonathan, Brandon and Peter Freeman; two sisters, Marlene Coleman and her husband, Vaughn, and Brenda Trask and her husband, George; one brother, Roger Stockwell and his wife, Connie; sister-in-law, Fanny C.V. Howard and her husband, Jeff; other sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law in Brazil; his lifelong best friend, Eben Hobbs; many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends will truly miss him. A service in celebration of his life will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, at Brookings-Smith, Clark-Piper Chapel, 55 South Main St., Brewer, with the Rev. Peter Sprague, officiating. The family invites relative and friends to share conversation and refreshments at Brookings-Smith, Reception Rooms, 55 South Main St., Brewer, after the service.
