LINCOLN – Lawrence D. Currier, 80, husband of Doris (Chase) Currier, died April 26, 2005, at a Lincoln healthcare facility. He was born Sept. 20, 1924 in Lincoln, the son of George and Alice (Curran) Currier. Lawrence attended the Lincoln schools and at age 18 entered the Army in World War II. He enjoyed tours with friends and spending time at the old family camp on the Big Narrows. Lawrence was a doer and enjoyed a rich life. He will be remembered for his daily walks, his daily rounds of golf and his generosity of time, help and friendship. Indeed, he did have a rich life.
