CALAIS and OCALA, Fla. – Lela Sadie Noddin, 87, died Sunday, June 6, 2004, at Oakwood Nursing Center in Ocala, Fla. Lela was born May 22, 1917, in Topsfield, daughter of the late Arthur and Annie (Hamilton) O’Neil. She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Edgar Noddin; two grandchildren, Thomas Robinson and Thomas Noddin; three sisters, Dora Kinney, Cora Hunnewell and Reta King; and three brothers, Melvin, Ollo and Hazen O’Neil. Surviving are her daughter, Barbara L. Robinson and her husband, Kip, of Ocala, Fla.; a son, Norman T. Noddin and his wife, Patricia, of Baring; two grandchildren, Brenda Ramsdell and Katherine Graffam; four great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call 12-1 p.m. Friday, at the Scott-Wilson Funeral Home, 26 Church St., Calais, where funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. with the Pastor Bob Hinton officiating.
