HERMON – Linda Lou Bailey, 55, died April 19, 2004, at a Bangor hospital, after a brief illness. She was born Oct. 23, 1948, in Hyannis, Mass., the daughter of Nathan and Constance (White) Ellis. She was a graduate of Nauset Regional High School, Orleans, Mass. Linda had been employed with the Community Health and Counseling Center for the past 25 years. She enjoyed being in the out-of-doors gardening. Surviving are one brother, Anthony Ellis of Natick, Mass.; six nieces and nephews; and six great-nieces and great-nephews; her former husband, Keith D. Bailey of Orrington. Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, April 23, 2004, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor. Gifts in her memory may be sent to the Bangor Humane Society, 693 Mt. Hope Ave., Bangor, ME 04401.
