HOPE – The following information was inadvertently omitted from the obituary for Mr. Ireland who died March 2, 2006. Mr. Ireland attended Bucknell University in Pennsylvania, where he majored in biology and competed in track. Following graduation, he served in the U.S. Army. He devoted the majority of his career to working in Harrisburg, Pa. for the Pennsylvania Department of Health and Human Services, including serving as the deputy director of the Department of Health. Also, he worked in senior management in the Pennsylvania State Credit Union. Arrangements with the Laite Funeral Home, Camden.
