DANFORTH – Lloyd “Bungie” Stinson, 81, died Feb. 8, 2004, at his home in Danforth. He was born Oct. 21, 1922, in Danforth, the son of Willie and Rhoda (Cropley) Stinson. Lloyd, also known as “Bungie,” was a hard worker and loved the outdoors. Bungie will be sadly missed by all of his family. He was predeceased by his parents; three brothers; and one sister. He is survived by two sisters and two brothers; a special niece, Serena Caron and her husband, Pete, of Danforth, with whom he lived and shared many years with. Bungie will be fondly remembered by all who knew him. Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2004, at the Clay Funeral Home, Bartlett Chapel, 24 Houlton Road, Danforth. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Danforth Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Robert Root and the Rev. Bruce McEwen officiating.
