SUMMERVILLE, S.C. – Lloyd Weston Dudley, 84, husband of Letena M. Dudley, died Monday, May 12, 2008. Mr. Dudley was born Aug. 8, 1923, in Dennysville, son of the late Leon and Lula Alzada Ward Dudley. He was a graduate of Dennysville High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving in World War II. He was a past member of Dennysville VFW. He retired from Bangor Publishing Co., after 30 years. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are one son, Larry Dudley and his wife, Susan, of Summerville, S.C.; three grandsons, Robert Landry of Greenville, Chad Dudley of Charlotte, N.C., and Garrett Dudley of Summerville, S.C.; one great-granddaughter, Sierra Landry of Greenville, S.C.; one sister, Doris Pottle of Houlton; a very special brother-in-law, Leo Farley of East Wallingford, Vt.; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers, Norman Dudley, Harland Dudley and Foster Dudley, of all Dennysville. Service and burial will be private.
