LORRAINE R. CURTIS DEXTER – Lorraine R. Curtis, 62, died May 28, 2004, at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. She was born Sept. 11, 1941, in Woonsocket, R.I., the daughter of Emilien and Bertha (Theirien) Moyen. She was loved by all and was a great helper to her family and friends. She was a member of the Garland Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Dale Curtis of Dexter; six sons, Roberto Mucciarone of Dexter, Richard Taft of St. Albans, Michael Taft of Rhode Island, Marc Taft of Dexter, Kevin Taft Sr. of Solon, Donald Taft of Rhode Island; two daughters, Deborah Cunningham of Garland, and Shirley and her husband, Roger Belanger, of Dexter; a sister, Jeannette and her husband, Pierre Recore, of Massachusetts; a brother, Henry Theirien of Connecticut; 29 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; many special members of her extended family. She was predeceased by her first husband, Roberto Mucciarone Sr.; and a daughter, Brenda Mucciarone. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, 2004, at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main St., Dexter. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Dexter Pentecostal Church in Dexter, with the Rev. Lyman Curtis Jr. officiating. Burial will be in the W. Garland Cemetery in Garland.
