PRESQUE ISLE – Lottie J. Sutter, 80, passed away early Sunday morning, March 25, 2007, at her home. She was born July 22, 1926, in Fort Fairfield, the daughter of Thomas and Grace (Armour) Leith. Lottie was raised on a farm, in Fort Fairfield, where she had pet ducks and a rooster. She loved watching birds of all kinds. She married Roger L. Sutter, Dec. 24, 1946. Lottie worked as a secretary for S.A.D. No. 1 for 26 years. She will be greatly missed by her son, Stephen R. Sutter of Presque Isle; two daughters, Constance J. Michaud and her husband, Gerald, and Kim A. Lamoreau and her husband, David, all of Caribou; her grandchildren, Mrs. Dianna Boyd of Lorton, Va., Mrs. Sara Wright of Edgewater, Fla., Mrs. Patricia Simpson of Howland, Lance Michaud of Caribou, Roxanna Michaud of Mars Hill, Aaron Lamoreau of Farm-ington and Bryan Lamoreau of Winston-Salem, N.C.; several great-grandchildren; her two sisters, Jan Lloyd of Pennsylvania and Edna Lafferty of Hawthorne, Calif. She was predeceased by her husband, Roger L. Sutter; three brothers, Wendell, Donald and Charles; and a sister, Hazel Nichols. To respect Lottie’s wishes, there will be no services.
