LINNEUS – Louise M. Williams, 57, died Dec. 4, 2006, at a local hospital. She was born July 1, 1949, in Waterville, the daughter Delores Blake Powell. Louise was a member of the Houlton Wesleyan Church. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Larry Williams of Linneus; one son, Peter Williams and his wife, Heather, of Machais; five daughters, Tammy Tompkins and her husband, William, of Cary, Sheila Murchie and her husband, Keith, of Hodgdon, Tonia Shaw and her husband, Michael, of Ludlow, Sonia Williams and her friend, Robert St. Pierre, of Linneus, Nicole Siepmann and her husband, William, of Amity; 12 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; one brother, Fred and Fran Powell of Troy; three sisters, Dorothy and John Duncan of St. Albans, Judy Parker and her friend, Gary Cote, of Fairfield Corner, Elizabeth Reny and her husband, Richard, all of Albian; her loyal and loving dog, Charlie; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her grandson, Richard; her great-grandson, Odell; and her sister, Linda French. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Dunn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Wayne Robertson officiating. Interment will be at Linneus Cemetery.
