CARIBOU – Lucien Duval, 50, died unexpectedly June 8, 2005, at his Caribou residence. He was born Feb. 16, 1955, in Fort Kent, the son of Lawrence and Rita M. (Bouchard) Duval Sr. A Caribou resident for many years he worked for various farmers in the North Caribou area. Lucian was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Parish, North Caribou. He is survived by two brothers, Peter Duval and Joel Duval, both of Bristol, Conn.; two sisters, Lucienne Mitchell of Westerly, R.I. and Julienne Green of Bristol, Conn.; several nieces and nephews; four grand-nieces and a grand-nephew. He will be remembered by a special friend, Ron Scott, of Caribou. He was predeceased by his parents and by one brother, Lawrence Duval Jr. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 1 p.m. Saturday, June 11, 2005, for both Lucian and his mother, Rita Duval, at Sacred Heart Catholic Parish, North Caribou, with Fr. Than Nugyan, pastor, officiating. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be at the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. Funeral arrangements by the Lancaster Morgan Funeral Home, 11 Clover St., Caribou.
