HERMON – Lynn D. Rydell, 41, died March 2, 2005, at a local hospital with her family present. She was born Aug. 11, 1963, in Holland, Mich., the daughter of Randall and Sally (Vandyck) Brondyke. Lynn was educated in the Holland, Mich. public school system, attended Grand Rapids Jr. College, and City Colleges of Chicago, and earned her BS degree from St. Francis College in Ill. She was a radiation therapist for many years and then turned her attention to raising her children and horses. She resided in Michigan, Chicago, Montana, and Maine. She is survived by her husband, David Rydell, D.O.; one daughter, Katherine A. Rydell; one son, Carl H. Rydell, all of Hermon; her father, Randall Brondyke and her mother, Sally (Vandyck) Brown, both of Holland, Mich.; two sisters and their husbands, Susan and Curt Van Duren of Holland, Mich., Nancy and Jimmy Knapp of Dorr, Mich.; three grandparents, Katherine Brondyke, Rolland and Jeanette Vandyck, all of Holland, Mich.; her aunt, Nita Wybenga of Alma, Mich. She was predeceased by her grandfather, Raymond Brondyke; and her uncle, Herbert Wybenga. Funeral services will be held 9 a.m. Friday, March 4, at Congregation Beth El, 185 French St., Bangor, with Rabbi Laurence E. Milder, officiating. Interment will be at Beth El Cemetery, Bangor.
