BREWER, CORINNA and DEXTER – Madeline D. Fraser, 84, died Dec. 16, 2005, at a Dexter healthcare facility. She was born March 8, 1921, at Dexter, a daughter of Philip and Victoria (Herbert) Fraser. She graduated from Dexter High School, Class of 1939, and attended Husson College and Beals College in Bangor. She was a secretary in the housing office at the University of Maine in Orono for many years and later worked in the housekeeping department at Eastern Maine Medical Center. She was a member of the Columbia Street Baptist Church and the Bangor Senior Citizens Club. She is survived by a brother, Philip and his wife, Lois “Diane” Fraser, of Newport; and a sister, Alice Keene of Oxford; several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation or funeral services at this time. A graveside committal service will be scheduled at the time of burial in the spring. Interment will be in the Fraser family lot, Nutter Cemetery, Corinna. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, 117 Main St., Newport.
