HOLDEN – Malcolm A. Ellingwood, 72, died June 19, 2004, at an Ellsworth hospital. Funeral services will be private for the family. Interment will be at Clewleyville Cemetery, Holden. A service of Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor.
