WALLAGRASS – Mamie Maggie (Boutot) Nadeau, 99, went to be with her Lord April 7, 2008, surrounded by her loving family, at a Fort Kent health care facility. She was born May 14, 1908, in Fort Kent, the daughter of Willie and Annie (Albert) Boutot. She was a beautiful and loving mother who cared a lot about her family. She was a member of Ladies of St. Anne of Wallagrass and a past member of Catholic Order of Foresters and L’Union St. Jean Baptiste. She is survived by her family, son, Reynold Nadeau and his wife, Rital Beaulieu, of East Hartford, Conn.; son, Roland Nadeau and his wife, Audrey, of Elkton, Va.; daughter, Rose (Rosella) Levesque of Houlton; and daughter, Rena Mae Nadeau of Frenchville; sisters, Rosell Hebert of Fort Kent and Aline Smith of East Hartford, Conn.; daughter-in-law, Doris Nadeau of Wallagrass; and sister-in-law, Annette Boutot of Madawaska; 19 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 13 great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Norbert Nadeau, in 1994; a son, Richard Nadeau; and a daughter, Theresa Davis. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Sunday, April 13, and 9 a.m. Monday, April 14, until time of services at Daigle and Nadeau Funeral Home, Fort Kent. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Monday at St. Louis Catholic Church, Fort Kent. Spring burial will be held May 16, at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Wallagrass.
