BANGOR – Margaret A. Robinson, 82, wife of the late Clifton Robinson, died May 4, 2005, at a local healthcare facility after a long illness. She was born Aug. 7, 1922, in Carmel, the daughter of Dougal and Lillie (Brown) Purvis. She is survived by her daughter and husband, Carol Ann and Gary Subjoc, of Bangor; her sister, Dorothy Tozier of Hermon; three grandchildren and their spouses, Scott and Joelle Subjoc, of Norfolk, Va., Kim and Pete Leicht of Bangor, Steven and Danielle Subjoc of Kenduskeag; 10 great-grandchildren, Ryan, Scott Jr., and Lisa Subjoc, Chelsea and Cody Martin, Cameron and Kathryn Leicht, Mikayla, Paige, and Megan Subjoc. In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by two sisters, Stella Teague, Pearl Bragg; four brothers, Alton, Millard, Kenneth, Donald Purvis; and her long time friend, Paul McDonald. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, May 7, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, with the Rev. Clayton Blackstone, pastor of the Bangor Advent Christian Church, officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery, Bangor.
