FORT FAIRFIELD – Margaret “Margie” H. Willett, 71, wife of the late Donald Patrick Willett, passed away Sunday evening, Dec. 11, 2005, at a Bangor healthcare facility, following an extended illness. She was born April 1, 1934, at Carlingford, N.B., Canada, the daughter of Miles and Sylvia (Turner) Rogers. She was a graduate of the Victoria County High School, Class of 1952 and attended Northern Maine Vocational and Technical Institute, Presque Isle. She was married to Donald Patrick Willett in June 1953 and had been employed as a C.N.A at the Presque Isle Nursing Home and the Aroostook Medical Center. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Willett was predeceased by her husband on Nov. 20, 1985; and also special friend, Wendell H. Doughty on April 27, 2005. She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Roger and Laurie Willett of Summerfield, Fla., Ronald and Debbie Willett of Guelph, Ontario, Randall and Shelby Willett of Caribou; one brother and sister-in-law, Fred and Betty Rogers of Aroostook, N.B.; two grandchildren, Randall Willett II and Victoria Ann Willett, both of Caribou; three nephews, Allen and Jeff Rogers, both of Aroostook, N.B., David Rogers of Moncton, N.B. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, at Dorsey Funeral Home, 144 Main St., Fort Fairfield, where funeral services will be held 4 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 14, with the Rev. Harry Lewis officiating. Spring interment will take place at the Riverside Cemetery, Fort Fairfield.
