HOULTON – Marion I. Larson, 87, died May 17, 2007, at a local hospital. She was born June 28, 1919, in Blaine, the daughter of Charles and Jane (Little) Fogg. Marion worked several years as a nurse’s aide at the Aroostook General Hospital. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting baby blankets, mittens and hats for her children and grandchildren. Marion is survived by five sons, Kenneth Larson of Houlton, Larry Larson and his wife, Dianna, of Linneus, Rodney Larson and his wife, Carol, David Larson and his friend, Cathy, all of Hodgdon and Robert Larson of Florida; five daughters, Dorene MacIlroy of Houlton, Linda Fitzpatrick and her husband, Joe, of Littleton, Geraldine McGary, Joan McAtee and her husband, Charlie, all of Hodgdon and Barbara Spellman of Houlton; 25 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, three great- great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Albin V. Larson; and her stepson, Harold Larson. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at Evergreen Cemetery.
