WATERVILLE – Mrs. Marjorie D. Pullen, 93, died Wed-nesday, April 16, 2008, at Lakewood Manor, Waterville. She was born March 5, 1915, in Ludlow, to William and Mary (Densmore) McCain. Mrs. Pullen had worked for many years as a teacher in the Waterville school systems. She was an active member in Pleasant Street Methodist Church of Waterville. Mrs. Pullen was predeceased by her first husband, Mr. Franklyn A. Downie. She later married Dr. Robert Pullen, who recently predeceased her after 38 years of marriage. Survivors include two daughters, Debora Warrington and her husband, Robert, of Paris, Maine, and Paula Bryand of Holden; grandchildren, Kate Christmas and her husband, Rod, of Missouri, Cara Bryand of Dover-Foxcroft, Jane Post and her husband, Joel, of Florida, Susan Bryand of Dover-Foxcroft and Amanda Warrington of South Paris; and great-grandchildren, Ethan Bryand, Drew Kelso and Evan Christmas. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation 7-9 p.m. Friday, April 18, at Oxford Hills Funeral Services, 1037 Main St., Route 26, Oxford. Funeral services for family and friends will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, April 19, at First Congregational Church, South Paris, with the Rev. Donald Mayberry officiating.
