WORLAND, Wyo. – Martin B. Russell, 87, passed away June 11, 2006, in Worland, Wyo. Martin was born March 19, 1919, in Brewer, the son of Dr. James P. and Mary (Harvell) Russell. Martin married Mary (Newnham) Maxwell, April 21, 1942. Marty and Mary retired back to Dexter after teaching for 18 years and retiring at Casper College. In 1996, the couple moved to Worland, Wyo. Survived by sons, Charles M. Russell of Boston, James Russell and wife, Susan, of Casper, Wyo.; daughter, Mary Ellen Girard and husband, Jerry, of Worland, Wyo.; brother, James Russell of Norwood, Mass.; sister-in-law, Sallie Comstock and husband, Roy, of Calais. Memorial services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, June 16, at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel. There will be another memorial service held 2 p.m. Saturday, June 17, at Grace Lutheran Church, 315 CY Ave., corner of CY and Ash, Casper, Wyo.
