MILLINOCKET – Mary A. Gray, 83, died unexpectedly Sunday, June 4, 2006, in Millinocket. She was born July 21, 1922, in East Millinocket, the daughter of Desire J. and Mary Jane (Hebert) Belanger. She was the wife of the late Wilbur H. Gray Jr. who died May 13, 2000. She is now with her beloved husband, Bud, who she missed so much, and in the arms of her Lord and Savior. She was a faithful communicant of St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church. Mary was a wonderful homemaker, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed her home, watching her soaps and the company of her dog, Susie. She is survived by her five children, James Gray and his friend, Carol “Cat” Gary, of Jacksonville, Fla., Patty Hart of Saginaw, Mich., Norma and her husband, Doug Farquhar, of Millinocket, Carol Gray of Orrington and Paul Gray of Millinocket; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; a sister, Jeanne Jefferson of Green Cove Springs, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday, June 8, at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church. Burial will be in Millinocket Cemetery.
