DOVER-FOXCROFT – Mary Ann Greenlaw died expectedly at her home Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2005. Mary Ann was born Sept. 10, 1971, to Shirley and Betty Greenlaw and their two children, David and Cheryl. Mary Ann’s life touched many lives. She had a smile that could melt your heart and stay there forever. When Mary Ann was in her teens she became a part of Denise Dinsmore’s family, sons, Michael and wife, Debbie and family, Christopher and wife, Traci and family. Mary Ann also joined Mary Rush and Penny White’s family; she added a definite spark to everyday. She was a wonderful addition to the other four children, Samantha and Kassidy Thibodeau and Crystal and Barbara Carter. Mary Ann graduated from Hampden Academy and loved her special teacher “Leo.” Mary Ann was very involved with Special Olympics, enjoyed pretty dresses and all kinds of music, especially bluegrass, children’s and “Jesus” music. She liked shopping, swimming, going to parties and family gatherings, especially the holidays. Mary Ann had a large collection of pins, she loved to buy them and wear them. She collected thousands over the years. Mary Ann had many friends, but one friend she has had for a majority of her life and whom she loved dearly is, Joyce Somers, a wonderful part of Mary Ann’s family. Mary Ann will be greatly missed by many to name a few, June “Grammie” Page, Aunt Karal Perry and family, Uncle Ricky Page and wife, Cindy and Tres, Uncle Dennis and Debbie Dinsmore, Uncle Bob and Aunt Nancy and girls, Jan and Ron Bisbee and family, Donna Frautten, all of her friends at MERT Enterprises, Inc. and Home Living and her guardian, Dale Roupp. Mary Ann is predeceased by Alice “Nana” Rush and Jake “Grampie” Page; and her parents, Betty and Shirley Greenlaw. Mary Ann’s family would like to thank the people at Charlotte White for making Mary Ann’s short life with them such a joy for her. The family requests that those attending Mary Ann’s memorial service please wear a pin, she would be pleased. Memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, 2005, at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 540 Essex St., Bangor, Pastor Elaine Hewes officiating. Burial will be Saturday, Dec. 10, at the East Corinthian Cemetery. A memorial dance will be held in the spring in Mary Ann’s honor.
